Located at the top of Kalakaua Avenue, The Waikiki Landmark is considered the “gateway” into Waikiki most notably known for its space between two 38-story towers interconnected by five levels of luxury penthhouses spanning above. Eighteen
of the twenty penthouses on floors 34 through 38 were meticulously designed by Long & Associates Architects & Interiors in styles ranging from Urban Contemporary to Modern Classicism. Originally unfinished, open loft spaces with
concrete floors, exposed piping and an aluminum glass facade, each unit was transformed into a luxurious private home in the sky complete with architecture and interior design.
